The Energy Artisan ships to the United States and Canada.

Shipping rates (launch)

Complimentary shipping on all orders to the US and Canada during our launch period. Rates may change later; this page will be updated.

Processing time

In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Pre-order items may ship in 7–10 business days when noted on the product page.

Delivery estimates

• United States: 3–7 business days after shipment (carrier dependent)
• Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment (carrier dependent)

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking when available.

Customs (Canada)

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes collected by the carrier or customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility unless required otherwise by law.
