Return window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier delivery confirmation).
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in the original packaging (where applicable).
For hygiene and product integrity, we may refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by us.
Please note: Our pieces are made with natural materials. Natural variations (color, pattern, inclusions, and minor surface characteristics) are normal and not considered defects.

How to start a return
Email support@theenergyartisan.com with:

The item(s) you’d like to return

The reason for return
If your item arrived damaged/incorrect, please include clear photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import duties/taxes related to the return.

If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right (replacement/refund as appropriate). In these cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide an alternative solution.
Return address
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Do not send items back without authorization, as we may be unable to process the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times vary by bank/payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange or replacement, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help depending on availability. (Exchange shipping rules may differ and will be confirmed during the request.)
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or update your order, please email us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is processed or shipped.
