Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Where we ship from

We ship from Hangzhou / Yiwu, China.

Carriers & tracking

We primarily use YunExpress for international line-haul, with local last-mile partners (e.g., USPS/UPS/FedEx or regional carriers) depending on destination and service availability.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

  • United States: 6–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–9 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs, peak seasons, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping rates

  • United States: Flat rate $4.95 USD

  • Canada: Flat rate $6.95 USD

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders $75+ USD (before taxes/discounts)

Customs, duties & taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, or handling/disbursement fees. Our checkout total does not include these charges.
If assessed, they’re collected by your local customs authority or carrier upon delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility. We can’t estimate the amount in advance, as policies vary by country/region.
If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties/taxes, we may refund the item cost minus the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred.
Note: We’re unable to mark orders as “gift” or alter declared values for customs purposes.

Address accuracy & delivery issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
