These Terms govern your use of theenergyartisan.com and purchases from The Energy Artisan (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products & descriptions
We sell pre-designed jewelry matched to your sign and intention through our Find Your Piece quiz and collection pages. This is not a custom birth-chart reading, made-to-order design service, or medical product. Materials and dimensions are listed on each product page—please review before purchase.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the currency at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. Orders are confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada unless otherwise stated. Orders are fulfilled from outside the United States and Canada (including China) via international carriers. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Pre-order items may ship in 7–10 business days when noted on the product page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference.
Prohibited uses
You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
All Site content, branding, photography, and copy are owned by The Energy Artisan or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Disclaimer
Our jewelry is offered for personal intention and mindfulness. We make no medical claims and do not guarantee specific spiritual, emotional, or life outcomes. Products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, where The Energy Artisan operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in our place of business, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your U.S. state or Canadian province give you rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
